We are writing this letter to express our deepest appreciation for the services provided by Brian Sullivan with Transitions in Senior Living in assisting us in finding a suitable adult family home for my wife’s 91-year-old father.

We were suddenly faced with an emergency that required us to obtain 24-hour care for her father.  We received a recommendation from another family member that faced a similar situation in the past and recommended we contact Brian and his sister Erin Moody.  Erin manages several adult family homes but unfortunately had no openings at this time.  She did however explain the services that Brian provides.

We contacted Brian and discussed our challenges.  He immediately jumped into action and found several potential adult family homes.  He set up meetings with each of the homes the following day, which was a Saturday.  He also contacted a service to conduct an immediate medical assessment of our father, which is required prior to moving to an adult family home.

Brian accompanied us to each of the 3 homes and helped us ask the right questions since this was all new to us.  The third home we visited was an immediate fit for our father.  Once we decided, we were able to make the transition the following Monday.

We could not have accomplished this as quickly as was done without the assistance of Brian.  He was always in contact with us throughout the process and helped us through the last obstacle that arose at the last minute.

We strongly recommend Brian to any family facing the transition of a family member to an adult home facility.
